Wedding Bells are Ringing ...

No not mine .... LOL .... but Stacey & Mike are getting married on Saturday .... so I'm heading off to Ottawa tomorrow!! I'm so excited to see them again, and to be a part of their special day!!! The wedding is at Upper Canada Village ... it's going to be the cutest wedding EVER!!!!

And as promised here are a few things I've recently finished up .... for the bride and groom actually (so Stacey if you see this don't look below LOL).

Also ... last night the wonderfully talented Aimee hosted an AWESOME class on the LS board .... and showed us how to make these CUTE cards!!! I'm hooked on Martha Stewart paper right now .... so naturally I used the bright blue stuff for my Dad's card LOL.

Ok so since I won't back and blogging until mid next week ... make sure you check out Lil Scrappers tomorrow (there might just be something REALLY big and HOT announced) also make sure you check out Lil Scrappers again on Sunday June 1st for the Main Kit reveals by Carla and Aimee!!! May Card Kit Reveal

Hello world!!! Its been a while!!! LOL ... I've been WAY busy working my little butt off the last little while .... well wait, who I'm I kidding .... work is ALL I ever seem to do LOL ;) Anyways .... I revealed the Lil Scrappers May Card Kit yesterday. This kit was sooooo bright and fun to use!!!! Pefect for Grad/Father's Day stuff ... or just stuff with lots of Stars!! (my new fave thing).

Kards for Kids

Hello :] .... I have a few things to share today. First of all Lil' Scrappers has teamed up with one of our FANTASTIC members to donate Kards for Kids. Bela is such a kind soul with the biggest heart of gold!!! Bela is collecting cards to donate to Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. There is even a prize up for grabs!!! You can find out all the details of this contest and great cause here.

Ohhh and I have another little TOOT!!! I submitted all of my April DT Card creations to Australian Papercrafts .... they have picked up 3 of them for an upcoming magazine Creative Paper!!! I'm so excited about this!!! Also the 2 other AMAZINGLY talented DT members Aimee and Carla have recently been picked up for Australian Papercrafts aswell!! Maybe we will all be in the same issue - how awesome would that be!!! You can see their blogs on the right side of mine under Lil' Scrapper's Design Team - check them out!!!

Successful NSD Weekend!!!

Hello everyone!!! I hope you all had a wonderful NSD weekend and got to create lots!! The celebrations at Lil' Scrappers were VERY successful!!! We had a great turn out, lots of FUN challenges and an over all great time!!! Thanks to everyone who came out and joined us!!! Be sure to check out our gallery to see all the wonderful work from the weekend!!! On the 5th I posted my DT FOTD (font of the day) Challenge. I challenged the members to use a specific font and to use at least 1 arrow and some green!!! Its a fun and easy challenge!! Here is the card I made ....

I posted an extra challenge - challenging the ladies to pull out an old project they had started but never quit finished. I had this Star Album that was started last October and was suppose to be a Christmas gift LOL .... I finally finished it up and gifted it!!
