Well hello everyone!! I hope you long weekend has gotten off to a great start!!! I have a sneak peek to share with you .... this is for the Lil Scrappers May Card Kit!!!! Its a GORGEOUS kit and you will absolutely want to get your hands on one of these babies!!!!! Watch for my reveal coming soon!!!!!

Kards for Kids

Hello :] .... I have a few things to share today. First of all Lil' Scrappers has teamed up with one of our FANTASTIC members to donate Kards for Kids. Bela is such a kind soul with the biggest heart of gold!!! Bela is collecting cards to donate to Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. There is even a prize up for grabs!!! You can find out all the details of this contest and great cause here.

Saturday was reveal day at Lil' Scrapper's for the May Project Kit. This is a BEAUTIFUL kit with an awesome little BLACK chipboard mini album. Here is a picture of the kit .... and you can check out what Aimee & Carla did with the kit here.

Some more news ..... Elsie Flannigan's NEW Recipe Idea Box Book was released yesterday!!! You can check things out at her blog here. I can't wait to get my hands on this book - her work is always soooo inspiring!!!

Ohhh and I have another little TOOT!!! I submitted all of my April DT Card creations to Australian Papercrafts .... they have picked up 3 of them for an upcoming magazine Creative Paper!!! I'm so excited about this!!! Also the 2 other AMAZINGLY talented DT members Aimee and Carla have recently been picked up for Australian Papercrafts aswell!! Maybe we will all be in the same issue - how awesome would that be!!! You can see their blogs on the right side of mine under Lil' Scrapper's Design Team - check them out!!!

Successful NSD Weekend!!!

Hello everyone!!! I hope you all had a wonderful NSD weekend and got to create lots!! The celebrations at Lil' Scrappers were VERY successful!!! We had a great turn out, lots of FUN challenges and an over all great time!!! Thanks to everyone who came out and joined us!!! Be sure to check out our gallery to see all the wonderful work from the weekend!!! On the 5th I posted my DT FOTD (font of the day) Challenge. I challenged the members to use a specific font and to use at least 1 arrow and some green!!! Its a fun and easy challenge!! Here is the card I made ....

I posted an extra challenge - challenging the ladies to pull out an old project they had started but never quit finished. I had this Star Album that was started last October and was suppose to be a Christmas gift LOL .... I finally finished it up and gifted it!!
